Returns
- Returns are accepted only in cases where:

- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds
- If a return is approved, your refund will be provided in cash at the time of pickup or through a suitable alternative agreed upon with our support team.
- Refunds will cover only the product cost. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

- Items that show signs of use or damage not caused during delivery.
